Cabin Prices Per Night (based upon 1 or 2 people):

• No. 1: $175. Queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed/futon, 1 twin bed. All open floor plan. Deck and patio with built-in BBQ on the creek. Satellite TV 

• No. 2: $155. Full and twin bed. One full futon. Private deck on creek.

• No. 3: $110. Queen bed and a queen sofa bed. Private bedroom, large kitchen.

• No. 4. $90. Queen bed. Finished in knotty pine. No wood stove, no living room.

• No. 5. $135. Queen bed and a queen sofa bed. Front sitting porch, open living/dining/kitchen area. Bedroom door opens to creek.

• No. 6. $120. Queen bed and a queen sofa bed. Open living/dining/kitchen area. Private bedroom, carport and trellised deck with BBQ. Satellite TV
  

Extra people: $20 per person per night for 15 years old or older.

Pet fee: $10 per pet per night

10% transient tax required.

Weekly rates, 7th night free.

Payment:

Payment in full required 30 days prior to check in, or guaranteed on credit card.

Refunds:

Refunds given if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. If less than 30 days, refunds only if we are able to rebook. $15 cancellation fee.

Housekeeping Policy:

Credit card or $50 cash deposit - due upon arrival. If you leave the cabin as you found it, the deposit is returned. Damage or theft is not covered. Restitution required for damaged or missing items.
